Policies
We have a 10-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. All sale of customized items (such as design work, special orders, or personalized items) are final sales, which means they will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To be eligible for either a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us at gayleb@fatcrowcr.com and let us know the issue with the order (if any) and your request for a return or an exchange. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned without a fee. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or anything along those lines. This way we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right. If item is not reported as damaged, incorrect, or anything along those lines within 10 days, there is no guarantee you will receive any compensation.

Damaged Items and Shipping Issues
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and may go beyond the 10 days. We have no control over this added time.
